St James’s Gardens
Christobel, you kindly mentioned putting us in touch with your neighbour who is planning works on St James’s Gardens. We obviously have done a lot of house in that area! We set this quick web page up which shows a few we have done, as our main webpage is fairly limited.
Further down the page is an example of our in house architecture work we offer. Scope is sometimes limited to just our in house joinery drawings, to a more full design scope depending on the project team set up.
Addison Avenue
Brief: Grade II listed building on Addison Avenue in Holland Park, London W11.
Completed: 2023.
Full refurbishment and new rear extension at LG level, new loft dormer-style extension and internal modification works throughout the original house and an external garden office.
We manufactured and installed a wide range of bespoke carpentry items including a wine cellar, kitchen, study and library units. New electrical, and heating and plumbing services were added and acoustic and thermal measures taken to improve those performances.

Norland Square
Brief: Grade II listed building on Norland Square in Holland Park, London W11.
Completed: 2016.
Full house renovation, six storey 3,615sq.ft property, updated to suit modern family living.
As the building was listed, approval was granted for reconfiguration of room layouts and other design changes affecting the character of this historic building.
The main aim of the project was to open up the raised ground floor and provide access to the rear garden by linking the kitchen, dining and living areas.
Elsewhere a sympathetic refurbishment was carried across all floors. Hardwood flooring was installed from basement to 1st floor level with carpet on other floors. The original stone staircase was restored and finished with a stair runner.
We manufactured and installed a wide range of carpentry items including a mirrored oak wardrobe to the master bedroom, wine cellar, kitchen, study and library units.

Bassett Road
Brief: conservation area double-fronted Victorian villa on Bassett Road, Notting Hill London W10.
Completed: 2020.
Full refurbishment, construction of a new lower ground rear extension and roof mansard extension. Both extensions increased the property size to approx 5,500sq.ft. The project was completed in 2020.
Brief was to repair and reinstate the original period features of the property, whilst providing a family home suitable for modern living. Renovation included stripping building fabric back to original brickwork and installing new floors, ceilings and services throughout.
We manufactured and installed a range of carpentry items including an exposed oak walk-in wardrobe, wine cellar, library units and TV room unit.

Contractor Drawings
Workshop Drawings
Typically, we produce workshop drawings of the fitted joinery (on the back of the outline design by the Architect / Interior Designer). We produce these in 2D and 3D format.
Architectural Drawings
Should we be required to produce drawings other than Joinery Workshop drawings, we produce our drawings using the BIM Revit software.
BIM Revit models are highly detailed 3D model combining all project build elements (architectural, engineering and interior design layouts) into one interactive 3D model.
Below are some screenshots of what the model looks like, and an interactive model of one of our current projects can be viewed here:
