Weltevree

We fist came across Weltevree whilst visiting HotelDroog on a trip to Amsterdam in May 2013

Weltevree is a Dutch company that was founded in 2007 by designers Floris Schoonderbeek and Dick Van Hoff. They create wonderful one of a kind products which aim to enrich our environment and create a "sustainable, social and inspiring environments"

We were so impressed with their products we have since purchased the 'Outdooroven' having loved with the choice of material, design, and Weltevree's philosophy for the use of the product. Made of Corten Steel its appearance changes almost seasonally and it really is a timeless piece of design. The pictures below showed its appearance when it first arrived when the Corten steel had yet to react to the environment. They have just launched a larger version called the 'Outdooroven XL'
